Exactly as pictured and once together it is very sturdy with adequate flex to prevent splintering/breaking. Once your shins get sore you can simply place your feet on the bottom slat for a comfortable seated position allowing you to carry on working for longer periods switching between positions easily. After 2 long days of use my lower back and hip flexors already feel better with zero aches or pains!

Can I use a Kneeling Chair full time?

Yes! It's important to note that usually takes about 14-30 days for your body to fully adapt to this style of sitting. We do recommend keeping your old chair nearby at first and using the kneeling chair in short increments, but after that, you’re good to go! Use it all day, every day, forever.

Will it damage my floors?

The rocking versions are safe for any floor type and come with optional felt pads for added protection.
